Is our strong belief that there is only one way to close the gap between developed and developing countries for what concerns renewable energy: Green Age Energy has focused its investments in R&D exactly with the purpose to create small-size generators expressly developed for the requirements of rural communities in developing countries.

We have innovated first of all through our business value proposition: the idea of an integrated hybrid wind/solar-PV generator is a brand-new one, integrating the advantages of the two renewable components, to the greatest advantage of investors and final users. We have developed a product tailor made for the needs of the majority of people living in developing countries, that means those living in rural and remote areas not yet reached by the national or regional electricity grids, as well as those willing to move to clean and decentralised generation systems in order to be independent from unreliable electricity grids and polluting means of power generation. Those people need not just electricity, but reliable and customised solutions.

Our hybrid generator, the SWH (achronym of Solar Wind Hybrid) is just such a solution: the hybrid generation gives final users the redundancy they need in order to have a reliable, clean alternative to the expensive, noisy, polluting diesel gen-sets they are now using. We have developed our product with the aim to give our customers a way to have electricity to power up their water pumps and small enterprises, to lit their lights, to power their refrigerators in order to keep perishable medicines. And saving greenhouse gases emissions in the process.
